HomeMath is built to need no personal data. The calculators run in your browser, so the amounts you enter are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to a server. We never see what home price, income, or rent you type.

We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or location. We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect any. There is no sign-up, no newsletter, and no tracking pixel that follows you off this site.

This site uses cookies only as needed for basic functionality. A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser; on HomeMath it remembers nothing about you personally beyond what the page needs to work during your visit. We do not use cookies to build a profile or to identify you across websites.

If we enable advertising in the future, Google will act as a third-party advertising vendor and may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your prior browsing. Google uses a DoubleClick cookie to enable interest-based advertising. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through Google Ads Settings, and you can learn more or opt out of third-party vendor cookies via the About Ads program at aboutads.info. We will never place an ad that interferes with the calculators.

We retain no personal data, because none is collected. There is no account to delete and no profile to correct. If advertising is ever enabled, any ad-related cookies are controlled by the ad network, not by HomeMath, and you can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

Children’s privacy: HomeMath is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights under GDPR (for EEA visitors) and CCPA (for California residents): because we collect no personal information, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If advertising later changes this, we will update this page with the specific rights and how to exercise them, including how to request deletion of any ad-related data.

This policy may change; the current version always lives at this URL and was last updated on 2026-01-01.

We do not use local storage or other browser APIs to record what you calculate, and we run no analytics scripts that fingerprint your device. If that ever changes, this page will state exactly what is collected and why, and advertising cookies will remain clearly described and controllable. Because we store nothing about you, there is no database to breach and no record of your calculations for anyone to obtain. This is the simplest possible privacy posture, and it is why the calculators can run entirely on your own device.
